Job Description
We seek a talented Motion Graphics Artist with at least 2-3 years of experience to join our Explainer Video Team in Indore, MP. The candidate will be responsible for creating custom, high-quality animated videos.

Responsibilities
• Review scripts, visualize & design scenes for animation/video.
• Sketch the graphics like character designs, environment etc;
• Convert the sketches into digital art for animation use.
• Listen to feedback and alter designs to suit client needs better.
• Ensure that the final design aligns with the client's needs and is delivered on time.
• Understand brand guidelines/design systems and create designs accordingly.
• Understand Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related fields.
Requirements
• Proven digital illustration design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with graphic design elements such as Typography and Iconography.
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Good knowledge of digital and traditional art techniques.
• Knowledge of UI design and the Figma app is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems.
Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects & Illustrator.
Responsibilities
• Collaborating with the client and production team members to understand needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations.
• Listening to feedback and altering animations to suit client needs better.
• Ensuring that the final product aligns with the client's needs and is delivered on time.
• Researching industry trends and developments and learning new applications.
Requirements
• Experience or proficiency with Adobe After Effects & Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Photoshop & C4D/Blender would be a plus point.
• Have a good Portfolio.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills.
• Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems.
Location: Indore, MP
Type: Full-time
Compensation: 25k to 45k INR per month
Hours per week: 48 working hours every week
