Job description -

We are looking for an experienced and innovative motion graphics designer and video editor to join our team in building a product and content for career transformation managed service that will leverage a cloud native infrastructure and will use extensive analytics, and machine learning capabilities.

Job responsibilities -
• Collaborate with the content team to understand the vision and objectives of each video project.
• Design and create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that effectively communicate complex technical concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
• Develop original graphic designs, illustrations, and icons for use in video content, promotional materials, and digital assets.
• Integrate voiceovers and ensure seamless synchronization with animations and visuals.
• Utilize industry-standard software to produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and designs. (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Iterate on animation concepts, visual designs, and illustrations based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all motion graphics, designs, and animations, while also experimenting with innovative visual techniques to enhance engagement.
• Stay updated on current trends and advancements in motion graphics, animation techniques, and graphic design, continuously seeking ways to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our video content .

Technical skill requirements :-
• Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio

showcasing your creativity.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to create graphics, videos like Synthesia, HeyGen, Doodly,

SketchWow, etc.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator,

Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, graphic design principles, and

typography.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking direction and feedback from

team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple

projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for education and technology, with a genuine interest in creating animations and

designs that enhance the learning experience for learners of all levels.
