Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging animations and videos that communicate our brand message effectively. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in motion graphics design. The job is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time role.
Qualifications And Skills
• 4 to 6 years of experience in motion graphics design.
• Proficient in using motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
• Strong skills in graphic design, logo design, and banner designing.
• Experience in company profiling and wireframing is a plus.
• Excellent creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from the creative lead.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of video editing and audio editing is desirable.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and videos for various digital platforms and mediums.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects.
• Design and create engaging motion graphics assets for websites, social media, online advertisements, and promotional videos.
• Ensure the motion graphics meet the brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand message.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics design.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality motion graphics within the given timeline.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Review and provide feedback on motion graphics created by other team members.
• Maintain a library of motion graphics assets and templates for future use.
