Overview

Your Role

Our established and diverse Motor team are searching for Claims Consultants looking to manage a large portfolio of differentiating claims, in a fast-paced claims environment. You’ll be dealing directly with Third Parties, Loss Adjusters, NSW Government Agencies and provide support to all members of staff whilst focusing on building strong client relationships with all of our customers and external partners, and adhering to our companies values.

The positions will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with flexible hybrid working arrangements, WFH and in our Sydney or Brisbane CBD office.


How you'll make an impact

You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:

End to end motor claims management
Raise payments and settle claims with client service instructions, company guidelines and delegated authority
Achieve monthly productivity levels as designated by management
Resolve complaints in accordance with company guidelines
Find opportunities for process improvement and recognise potential fraud/recovery indicators for claims where applicable

Motor claims insurance experience is essential
