Were seeking Motor Claims Consultants to support customers and stakeholders through the motor claims process. In this role, youll manage a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence from customers and authorised representatives, providing clear guidance and timely resolutions.
Youll complete four weeks of comprehensive, fully paid training, followed by an additional handson support to build confidence and capability as you transition into the role. Youll initially work inoffice for a minimum of three months, benefiting from strong team support and structured learning. Following this period, you may be considered for a hybrid arrangement, subject to business requirements.
Youll work Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm. This is a permanent full-time role based in Dharug country (Parramatta) or Boorloo (Perth).
What You'll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and written correspondence with empathy and professionalism
Provide clear guidance on claim progress, next steps and expected timeframes
Review information, apply policy coverage and make decisions in line with guidelines
Maintain accurate claim records while meeting service, quality and compliance requirements
What You'll Bring
Strong customer service experience with the ability to handle sensitive and complex conversations
Empathy, resilience and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution capability
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and work under pressure
Good computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately
