Job Summary
Nagel Coaches Ltd., a 49-year, second-generation, family-owned and operated company, is seeking a professional Motorcoach Operator to join our team. Working closely with our sister company, Nagel Tours Ltd., you will provide transportation for escorted vacations, as well as charter services for corporate clients, sports teams, and private groups. This part-time position is ideal for an experienced driver looking to reduce hours while continuing to do meaningful and enjoyable work. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to the greater Edmonton area.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a motorcoach on tours and charter assignments
Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
Complete required trip documentation and vehicle inspections
Track hours using an electronic logging device
Maintain a professional appearance (dress slacks, shirt and tie, polished footwear)
Handle unexpected situations such as delays or mechanical issues
Assist passengers boarding and exiting the coach
Load and unload luggage (up to 50 lbs)
Clean and perform light maintenance on the motorcoach
Review routes and plan ahead using maps or provided itineraries
Requirements
Valid Alberta Class 1 or 2Q driver’s license
Minimum 5 years of motorcoach driving experience preferred
Clean 5-year commercial driver’s abstract
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, respectful, and inclusive attitude toward all individuals
Passion for driving, travel, and working with people
Flexible availability, including weekends and varied schedules
