Job Description
Develop a complete understanding of internal and supplier engineering processes, new commercial initiatives, best practices, and the impact of inefficient processes on customer journeys, leakage, etc.
Retail technical knowledge of new motor repair regulations and policies.
Design and develop relevant, effective audit approaches and capture mechanisms adaptable to changing business needs.
Manage relationships with senior personnel and communicate effectively across teams to ensure scoping, attendance, and feedback are delivered.
Complete and manage risk-based audits, interpreting and applying technical knowledge to contract builds and terms.
Provide recommendations for development and improvement, including savings, contract adherence, KPI/SLA adherence, and customer journey outcomes.
Required Skills
Strong technical knowledge and experience within the motor industry, preferably with vehicle bodywork or mechanical knowledge (Audatex and Glassmatix estimating systems knowledge beneficial).
Strong analytical skills to interpret MI and identify areas of risk and opportunity.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
