Motor Mechanics Wanted (3 Positions Available) – Quality Autos Pty Ltd
Location: U7/1 Hawkins Crescent, Bundamba QLD 4304
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum + Superannuation
Full-Time Positions
Quality Autos Aircon Regas & Roadworthy is currently hiring three qualified Motor Mechanics to join our growing team at our Bundamba workshop. We specialise in air conditioning regas, vehicle servicing, and roadworthy inspections, delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose faults in vehicle engines and mechanical parts using both manual and computerised diagnostic tools
Dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, steering systems, and other components
Repair or replace worn and defective parts, using service manuals and technical resources
Perform scheduled servicing to ensure smooth vehicle operation and compliance with environmental regulations
Reassemble mechanical parts and engines after repairs
Test and adjust mechanical components to verify proper function
Inspect vehicles for roadworthiness and issue certificates or advise on required work
Essential Criteria:
Automotive Mechanical qualification (Certificate III or above)
Minimum 1 year of industry experience
Excellent diagnostic and mechanical skills
Ability to read and interpret service manuals and technical diagrams
Current manual driver’s licence
Familiarity with Queensland roadworthy standards
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and in a team
