Motor Mechanic (General) – Bhullar Industries Pty Ltd
Full-Time | Permanent | Brisbane, QLD
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation (per annum)

We are now seeking a qualified Motor Mechanic (General) to join our professional team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Inspecting engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, steering, and other mechanical components.
Diagnosing faults using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and road testing where required.
Repairing and replacing worn or malfunctioning parts including engine rebuilds, brake systems, cooling systems, and electrical components.
Carrying out scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, tune-ups, tire rotation and wheel alignment.
Conducting engine tuning using electronic equipment and manufacturer procedures.
Performing safety checks on vehicles, ensuring compliance with industry and roadworthy standards.
Testing and adjusting mechanical parts after repair to ensure optimal performance.
Maintaining accurate service and repair records, job cards, and parts usage.
Advising customers on vehicle conditions, recommended repairs, and cost estimates.
Ensuring workshop tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and clean condition.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent qualification).
Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Current driver’s license.
