Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Vehicle Technician to join our busy garage based in Northolt, West London. This role is ideal for someone confident working across a range of vehicles including cars, vans, and minibuses. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and maintaining high standards of workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on cars, vans, and minibuses
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment
* Carry out repairs including brakes, suspension, engines, gearboxes, and exhaust systems
* Conduct vehicle inspections and identify any additional work required
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out
* Keep the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Good all-round knowledge of vehicle systems (mechanical and electrical)
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy workshop
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
* Full UK driving licence

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Experience working on light commercial vehicles and minibuses
* MOT testing licence
* Familiarity with diagnostic software and modern vehicle electronics
