The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Motor Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work meets our high standards. This is a unique chance to be part of our founding team and contribute to the successful launch of our new store.
Key Responsibilities
Perform vehicle diagnostics and accurately identify issues.
Cary out repairs and maintenance on cars and light trucks.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Communicate with customers about their vehicle needs.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies.
About You
We are looking for an individual who has:Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics (e.g., Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology).Minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Responsible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Valid Australian driver's license and own tools.AIS Inspection certificate is a must requirement.
