Room Assistants
Room Leaders
Educational Leader
Kitchen Hand

The Role
These roles suit dedicated early childhood professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality education and care. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to Montessori Academy’s exceptional programs while supporting the holistic development of every child.
You will:
Build warm, nurturing relationships with children
Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the EYLF
Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments
Uphold Montessori Academy’s philosophy and values
Communicate effectively with families about children’s learning and wellbeing
Maintain accurate observations and documentation
Essential Criteria
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
ECT qualification (for relevant roles)
Current Working With Children Check
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including NQS, Regulations, and EYLF
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate within a team environment
Strong commitment to family engagement and child development
