About The Opportunity
Programmed are looking for multiple Gardeners/Mower Operators to join our dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services for our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for secure, long-term employment with the added bonus of working outdoors while earning a steady income.
Location: Mornington/Cranbourne, Melbourne
Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Operate a range of commercial out-front, wide area, and zero-turn mowers, as well as other small plant equipment.
Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
Implement mulching and planting programs.
Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment including brush Cutters, blowers and hedgers.
Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You
To join our team, ideally, you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:
Previous experience in horticulture, parks and gardens maintenance and or mowing operations.
A current driver's license and white card (MR license is beneficial).
A chemical certificate (desirable).
A professional approach to the workplace.
The ability to execute work to a high standard.
A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
