About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Implementation Engineer to join our team, primarily working at client locations to deploy and manage Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing custom solutions, performing periodic audits, maintenance activities and ensuring seamless integration of Zoho applications with client systems. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with the team in the headquarters.

Responsibilities:
• Deploy Zoho solutions at client systems, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
• Customize Zoho applications based on specific client requirements using the developer tools.
• Conduct periodic auditing, maintenance, and upgrades of Zoho solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Develop and integrate custom solutions using Java, JavaScript, MySQL, Redis, REST APIs, and Shell scripts.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems and workflows.
• Work independently on-site while maintaining regular communication with the team at the Chennai headquarters.
• Provide technical support and training to client users as needed.
• Document solutions, configurations, and processes for future reference and compliance.

Skills:
• Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.
• Proficient in MySQL database management and query optimization.
• Experience with Redis for caching and performance enhancement.
• Expertise in working with REST APIs for integration purposes.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients effectively and internal teams.

Preferred:
• Prior experience working at client locations or in field deployment roles.
• Experience with the Zoho platform and custom Zoho solutions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment automation.

Work Location:
• Based in Noida office with frequent client site visits.
• Regular coordination with the team at Chennai headquarters.
