Manager/ Senior Manager - Business Finance
Responsibilities :
- Preparing & administering full-cycle budgeting process to craft financial plans and continually monitoring performance against budgets
- Developing annual operating plan (AOP) or business plans (short, medium and long term), targets and KPIs
- Building detailed financial models under multiple scenarios
- Revenue assurance and identifying revenue leakages
- Incentive plans and performance scorecards
- Preparation and presentation of MIS to senior management and investors / lenders
- Provide support on special projects and tasks
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Qualified CA / MBA with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-growing business (not necessarily in financial services)
- Kickstarter & should be independently able to handle roles & responsibilities
Preferred Skills :
- Expert in MS - Excel & Powerpoint
- Analytical mind
- Good communication Skills and Effective Stakeholder Management
- Practical approach and Solution oriented
