MR MIKES SteakhouseCasual is where great food meets good times—minus the fuss. We’re all about friendly service, laid-back vibes, and delivering a dining experience that feels like home. We’re looking for a Server / Supervisor to join our team and bring leadership, energy, and fun to every shift.
What You’ll Do
Serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
Guide guests through our menu and beverage options
Handle payments accurately and efficiently
Lead the front-of-house team during shifts to ensure smooth service
Support training and mentoring of new team members
Assist with scheduling and shift planning
Resolve guest concerns quickly and positively
Communicate with kitchen and management to maintain quality service
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of serving experience (supervisory experience a plus)
Friendly, upbeat, and confident personality
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Team player who leads by example
Serving It Right (or local equivalent) certification required
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
