Job Description
• Handing over the case records to reception/wards/doctors/other department.
• Receiving the files from reception/wards/doctors/other department.
• Entering the incoming files MRD number in to the incoming register.
• Filing the same in respective place.
• Re-filing the damaged patient case files.
• Arranging all the IP discharged records chronologically & filing in the respective place.
• Searching files in case it is misplaced or not received from the consultant room, OPD ward & other diagnostic department.
