• Ensure records are accurately coded and entered into the hospital’s electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Organize and file medical records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with legal and regulatory standards.
• Enter patient information and medical data into electronic systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform data validation and verify the completeness of records.
