Key Responsibilities :
• Perform CT and MRI scans on patients according to physician's orders.
• Prepare patients for scans by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Operate CT and MRI equipment to capture clear images of the body's internal structures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and provide recommendations for further testing or treatment.
• Maintain accurate records of all scans performed and ensure that they are properly labeled and stored.
• Follow strict safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in CT and MRI technology.
Job Requirements :
• Completion of a recognized radiologic technology program or equivalent experience.
• Valid certification from the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) or similar organization.
• Strong working knowledge of CT, MRI, radiology, radiography, x-ray, CT scan, GI, and mri technologies.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in using computers for record keeping and data entry using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word
