• New Relationship
• To bring in NTB MEs & manage existing portfolio MEs to increase wallet share
• Achieve channel objectives through team wrt targets on ARN, DBA, Integration, Activation, Volume, OBOS & Cross sell
• Portfolio and Relationship Management
• Ensuring maximum share of volumes comes to the bank.

Job Responsibilities:
• Retaining the merchants to avoid competition poaching banks merchants.
• Business Compliance a) Managing risk & compliance team and adhering their compliances for ME requirement.
• Government bodies / Educational institutes on digital initiates.
• Training merchants staff i.
• Introduction of products to branch staff by joining in branch huddles d) Manage customer escalations as per agreed Major actionable.
• Channel Management a) Managing & engaging Channels mainly Branch banking b) Work on existing CA customers & offer them digital solutions to drive CASA float & volumes.
• Focus is to increase portfolio volume & float from Merchants to gain bank share.
Job Requirements:
• Good planner & organized working method
• Ability to Travel to upcountry locations
• Multi-tasking with clarity of prioritization
• Excellent Oral & Written communication
• Sound logical, reasoning & analytical abilities
• Working understanding of MS Office
• Willingness to do end to end sales
• To have a flair to develop interpersonal skills
• Ability to make cold calls & engage in pre-fixed appointments
• High confidence level, ability to manage channel within the bank
