Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Work on integrations, automation, and system enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
🔹 Technical Skills Required:
Core Knowledge:
User Management in D365:
Security Roles
Position Hierarchy / Manager Hierarchy
Strong Understanding Of:
Entities, Columns, Views, Forms
Business Rules and Commands
Hands-on Experience (Important):
Power Automate (Flows & Connectors)
API Integrations via Power Automate
Client-side scripting (JavaScript)
Canvas Apps & Custom Pages
Data Migration (Import/Export, KingswaySoft)
Deployment using Solutions / GitHub
Optional Skills:
Server-side scripting (.NET, Class Libraries)
Power Pages
🔹 Business & Communication Skills:
Strong understanding of business processes
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Good communication skills in English
Ability to understand requirements and respond confidently
🔹 Certifications:
Required (Any One):
PL-100: Microsoft Power Platform App Maker
PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
Preferred:
PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
