Power Platform Developer M365
Task and Responsibilities
Design, Develop and Delivering services and solutions for Siemens healthineers Colleagues using Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, App Development (Canvas & Model driven Apps), Data Integrations
Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent)
Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization through Power BI
Development SharePoint Online
o SharePoint Framework
o Provider hosted Apps (.net)
Development Teams Apps is a plus
Extensibility of Microsoft Search
Required Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills
Education:
Any Bachelor’s Degree or Above
Experience:
At least 3+ years of Microsoft 365 experience in development in one or more of the M365 areas: SharePoint Online, Power Apps & Automate, Teams
Must be able to demonstrate sound functional understanding of the above Services.
Technical Skills:
Passion for moving organizations forward with the Power Platform and excitement for the impact Power Platform can have on customer experiences
Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate
Must show experience in Power App Development, SharePoint Development
Knowledge of Rest, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, PowerShell and PnP
Knowledge and experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies.

Understanding of Power Platform Development
Source Control Knowledge DevOps / GitHub / TFS
Experience with .Net, ASP.Net, C#
Experience with Microsoft SQL and DBMS technology

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in requirements gathering and process automation
Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. Must possess the ability to collaborate remotely with the business teams in EMEA and AM regions.
Must be a self-starter, capable of working with very little supervision and good team player
Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved
