We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Business Analyst
In this role, you will:
Gathering and Prepare Business requirements by interacting with multiple upstream/downstream stakeholders and articulate to technical specs.
Plan and document the requirements.
Analyze, Estimate and Model the requirements under scrum frame work through sprint releases in Agile management tools like JIRA.
Perform gap/Impact analysis.
Create high level design and mapping documents and handover it to build team.
Must have capability in Creation of Functional Scenario’s for functional testing if required and with business teams support.
Co-coordinating with build, testing and business teams for end to end implementation of project.
Co-coordinating with business teams to get sign-off for production deployment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Must have Hands on Experience in RDBMS in any one of the SQL databases like Teradata/ MS SQL Server/Oracle/ IBM DB2/ Mongo DB along with Data Lineage, Data integrity and Data Analysis skills.
Must come from Data ware House back ground and must be working as/coordinate with Product owner in Agile
knowledge/ working on SAFE(Scaled Agile framework).
knowledge/Working in ITIL Framework. Candidate Pools
having certifications on CSPO/CSM/SAFE 5.1/PMP/PGMP - (Any combination).
Banking domain background will be preferred
