Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to deliver Capacity building comprehensive workshops and training sessions aimed at empowering MSMEs across India. The trainer will conduct sessions on Soft Skills, Financial Management, Digital loan application processes, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and Input tax credit. This role requires a strong grasp of taxation, finance, digital lending, and public procurement systems, along with the ability to simplify complex information for MSME participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training sessions on:
Receivables financing and business cost optimization
Financial knowledge and management, including leveraging institutional finance
Various MSME related schemes
Training on availing digital loans.
Digital loan application processes including CGTMSE and co-lending platforms
GeM registration and participation in public procurement opportunities
GSTIN registration and claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC)
Use case studies and interactive tools to explain real-world applications.
Conduct Q&A sessions to address participant queries and provide personalized advice.
Coordinate with financial institutions, digital platforms, and GeM experts for live demonstrations and linked services.
Maintain accurate training records, feedback, and reports for program evaluation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in training, preferably in the MSME, taxation, or banking sector.
Strong knowledge of GST, input tax credit, digital lending, financial management, and GeM portal operations.
Prior experience working with government-sponsored programs, NBFCs, or banks is a plus.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for empowering MSMEs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred).
Ability to simplify and explain technical and financial concepts to non-expert audiences.
Competency in using digital tools, MS Office, and webinar platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
