MSME Credit Sales Officer
Looking for candidates:
Having proven experience in driving and achievement of MSME Credit sales or in a similar role of
minimum 5 years experience in BFSI sector.
Having strong interpersonal, people management and team handing skills.
Qualification:
Essential: - Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Sales / Marketing or any related degree.
Responsibilities include:
Achieving the Sales Targets –MSME Credit (Priority Sector Lending).
Designing and implementing the overall strategy through an operational sales plan for the MSME
Credit Business Growth through sales.
Planning daily or monthly activities for the team & monitoring of sales progress, lead generation,
customer visits and closure of leads).
Identification of new lines of Business.
Generating new customer leads through various channels.
Proactively identifying new sales prospects & maximize sales from current & potential customers.
Ensuring optimum revenue realization from the portfolio and improving profitability.
Achieving targets set by the Board on Bank’s Business Plan and enabling revenue generation for fee
based products from a targeted base of MSME clients.
Maintaining relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business
continuity and growth.
Effectively managing new & existing customer relationships in order to ensure achievement of the
overall advances targets.
Monitoring the performance of all accounts assigned to the team on an ongoing basis.
Monitoring the business operating environment with respect to market trends, interest rates credit
facilities, etc on an ongoing basis and providing feedback to the Senior Management.
Age: Below 48 years
Designation and Compensation:
Designation and Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications & relevant experience.
