The Team:
Everyone with an idea is welcome to collaborate with our diverse Engineering team here at FlexTrade. We believe in having a good Engineering process but at the same time believe that every process should change and evolve to enhance Development efficiency. We take pride in our ability to execute complex projects and deliver them on time to our customers. All this while having fun at work!
The candidate will need to support our Development, QA and Production databases on MSSQL
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Will work with other development team members to develop and implement enhancements to all Flextrade products.
• Provide in-house and customer support.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Around 5 years of experience with excellent understanding and working knowledge on MSSQL database.
• Should be able to support high volume trading applications.
• Very strong in MSSQL T-SQL programming like writing stored procedures, cursors, triggers and Performance Tuning.
• Strong in using MSSQL client utilities.
• Very strong in PERL and UNIX Shell scripting.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Should be a very good team player.
• Understanding of Equities/Options trading workflow is a plus.
