Full job description
The Multiskilled Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems. This versatile role ensures efficient and effective operations within a facility or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical: Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
Electrical: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including motors, transformers, control panels, lighting fixtures, and power distribution systems.
Plumbing: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including piping, valves, fixtures, and associated equipment.
Building Automation Systems: Monitor, operate, and maintain building management systems (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, and other automated systems.
Predictive and Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues and prolong equipment life.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, and other operational issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment histories.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations related to equipment operation and maintenance.
Inventory Management: Monitor and restock spare parts, tools, and consumable supplies as needed.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new technologies, techniques, and best practices in the field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
