Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in a Semi Government Department. As an MTS, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth functioning of the department. Your main responsibilities will include: 1. Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the department: This includes handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining files and records, and organizing meetings and appointments. 2. Providing administrative support: You will be responsible for managing office supplies, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow. 3. Assisting in data entry and record keeping: You will be required to accurately enter data into the department's database, maintain records, and generate reports as needed. 4. Handling phone calls and inquiries: You will be the first point of contact for phone calls and inquiries, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate staff members. 5. Assisting in organizing events and workshops: You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, sending invitations, and ensuring smooth execution of events and workshops organized by the department. 6. Providing support to staff members: You will assist staff members with various tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents, as well as providing general administrative support. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with staff members and external stakeholders on a regular basis. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
