Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mughlai/Awadhi Sr CDP/Jr Sous Chef at Clarks Avadh Lucknow. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, preparing and cooking Mughlai and Awadhi dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation, and managing kitchen staff. The role will involve creating new dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to menu planning.
Qualifications
Expertise in Mughlai and Awadhi cuisine
Experience in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent culinary creativity and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Formal culinary training and certification
