Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Marketing and MuleSoft Developer to join our team and drive the development and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft solutions. As a Salesforce Marketing and MuleSoft Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and integrating Salesforce with various systems using MuleSoft.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, customer journeys, and personalized content.
Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and strategies.
Implement data integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using MuleSoft APIs, connectors, and integrations.
Design and develop MuleSoft integration solutions to connect Salesforce with external systems, databases, and applications.
Customize and extend Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities using Apex, AMPscript, and Marketing Cloud APIs.
Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and quality in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrated systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft integrations.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft features, enhancements, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft development and integration.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
Expertise in building and managing complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, including email marketing, automation workflows, and personalized content.
Extensive experience in MuleSoft development, including designing and implementing APIs, connectors, and integrations.
Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, lead management, and customer journey mapping.
Experience with data integration and transformation using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Solid understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and other data formats.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are highly desirable.
Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
