Job Title: Multi-Drop Van Driver
Location: Charlton, London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-45 hours per week
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Multi-Drop Van Driver to join our client's team based in Charlton. You will be responsible for delivering catering goods to customers in and around London. The role requires some heavy lifting, and you must hold a valid manual driving licence (vehicle is automatic).
Key Responsibilities
• Safely and efficiently deliver catering goods to various customer locations around London.
• Load and unload goods, including some heavy lifting.
• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes.
• Ensure goods are delivered in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
• Valid UK manual driving licence (the delivery van is automatic).
• Experience in a multi-drop driving role is but not essential.
• Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
• Physically fit, as the role involves some heavy lifting.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
