The Fragrance Group presents a compelling opportunity for an experienced, full-time Multi-Hotel Associate Director of Sales, based in Hobart, to advance their career in a multi-hotel environment.

The portfolio comprises the Mövenpick Hotel Hobart, Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer, ibis Styles Hobart, and Novotel Devonport.

Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial, this role focuses primarily on the Tasmanian market.

Job Description

Sales Strategies and Client Relationships

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to foster strong client relationships.

Maintain and uphold portfolio brand standards to maximize profitability and meet targets while exceeding clients' expectations.

Collaborate closely with the entire Sales & Marketing team to achieve overall business objectives.

Competitor Analysis and Sales Activities

Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand strengths and ongoing sales activities.

Establish and maintain effective communication with the Accor National Sales team to access key accounts and capitalize on potential sales opportunities.

Team Leadership and Guidance

Provide guidance and leadership to ensure team members succeed in setting goals and meeting objectives.

Results-driven and experienced in setting and meeting sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Proactive sales experience in a hotel or related tourism industry, with a demonstrated understanding of different market segments.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing principles and ability to take on occasional projects in this area.
