Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Multimedia Producer to join our Global Communications team. In this role, you will bring stories to life through high-quality multimedia content to help engage employees, elevate our brand, and support key internal and external communications initiatives around the world.

This position involves hands-on production from concept to final delivery: you’ll ideate, storyboard, shoot, edit, and finish short- and long-form videos, and occasionally support other multimedia formats including motion graphics, photography, and audio. Projects include remote video capture interviews, b-roll sourcing and shooting, event/town hall production, live streaming events, employee and project spotlights and brand/corporate narrative storytelling. Additionally, this role would partner closely with creative/multimedia leads globally to continue to develop and refine AECOM’s multimedia/video strategy for storytelling.

AECOM is proud to be the Official Venue Infrastructure Partner for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team USA. Join the team helping leave a legacy in Los Angeles.

This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute / virtual work to be based in Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with communications and creative team members to develop compelling concepts and stories for internal and external audiences.

Provide creative input on visual storytelling, brand expression and campaign and channel optimization.

Create scripts, shot lists and storyboards that align with campaign goals and messaging.

Plan and execute video shoots—including virtual, on-location and in-studio productions.

Edit footage into polished video content that meets brand and quality standards, including graphics, music, sound and captioning.

Apply post-production finishing techniques such as color grading, sound design and motion graphics.

Collaborate with global creative leads to continue to develop a multimedia/video strategy that strengthens the company’s position in the industry with all audiences

Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high production value.

Manage and collaborate with external vendors when external support is required.

Maintain video assets, file management systems, and equipment inventory.

Stay current with trends, tools and techniques in video and multimedia production.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS plus at least 8 years of hands-on multimedia production experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end video production skills—from ideation to editing, including materials from various sources.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Experience with cameras, lighting and sound equipment for both in-person and remote shoots.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a global team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail, organization and storytelling instincts.
Knowledge of brand, tone and messaging alignment in a corporate communications setting.
