Wage: $25–$32 per hour, depending on experience
Swift Sure Milling & Mouldings is looking for an experienced Multi-Rip Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with wood and must be comfortable working with both hardwood and softwood species.
Responsibilities include:
Operate multi-rip machinery safely and efficiently.
Identify and work with various wood species, including hardwoods and softwoods.
Read work orders and understand production requirements.
Measure, calculate, and process material accurately.
Maintain quality control throughout production.
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of wood industry experience.
Strong knowledge of hardwood and softwood species.
Experience operating a multi-rip machine is preferred.
Good mathematical skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Compensation:
$25–$32 per hour, based on experience.
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
