Job Description
You’ll work independently or as part of a team to complete high-quality installations, servicing, and repair work for residential clients, including housing associations and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair plumbing and heating systems in domestic properties
Service and install boilers, radiators, unvented cylinders, and hot water systems
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
Fit general plumbing items such as showers, taps, toilets, and pipework
Complete job reports and documentation accurately
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
Represent the company professionally and communicate clearly with clients
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
Gas Safe Registered (Domestic)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in domestic plumbing and heating
Full UK Driving Licence (clean preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Desirable (not essential):
Experience with disability adaptations (e.g. level access showers, grab rails)
G3 (Unvented Hot Water Systems) Qualification
Knowledge of energy-efficient heating and water-saving products
