Job Title: Technical Associate

Job Summary:

- To handle the machine operations of extruder, wet and dry grinding and mixing equipment
- Enhance the Productivity & Foster teamwork with Manufacturing, Division Engineering, and other groups to prevent breakdowns, reduce cycle time, increase runtime, minimize waste, conserve energy, continually improve the quality of operations and control cost
- Assure compliance with company policies, government, and regulatory agency laws, regulations, and codes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Adhere to the safety requirements in the area of work.
- HOPT/ Forklift Operation
- Maintaining the product specificationsof FG as per route card.
- Adherence to the SOP/ Route card ofthe activity undertaken.
- Receivingof RM from warehouse and notifying the batch numbers
- Daily inspection of the equipment and performing predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Operating and maintaining PLC controlled Mixaco,Extruder, HSD,TSD Basketmill and paint processing equipment.
- Updating the daily checklist for the area of operation
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Responsible for the 5S for the area of work Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Segregation of the waste generated in the area and depositing as per defined procedures.
- Body of Knowledge / Skills Required:

- The person should have the ability to read and decodify MSDS, operation of rotatory equipment such as rotatory feeder, Dry and wet Grinding equipment. Ability to assess the safety requirement during all steps of the operation.
- Demonstrate the following skills through his behavior at all times in the shop floor
- a)PIV / MHEoperation and safety of the equipment
- b)PLC HMI operation
- c)MS office, MIS system.
- d)Product specification in process analysis.

Education and Experience:

- Diploma in Chemical / Plastic Engineering / Production technology / Paint Technology
- 0-2of experience in Extrusion process / Grinding technology

Job description
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuits, wiring, controls, and electrical components (motors, transformers, generators, etc.)
- Strong Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing.
- Strong hands-on working experience for MEPF. (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire)
- Knowing the safety and documentations as per standard.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Comfortable working with electrical systems in various settings, including high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
- Previous experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or hotel, resort, hospital is highly beneficial.
