Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi Skilled Technician (MST) located in Pune. The Multi-Skilled Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, handling repairs, troubleshooting issues, managing facility equipment, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property. The MST will also respond to maintenance requests, conduct inspections, and collaborate closely with the facility management team to ensure residents' safe and comfortable living environment.
Qualifications
• Experience with routine maintenance tasks and handling repairs
