Roles and responsibilities - Solving repair and maintenance issues of the property - Addressing queries/concerns of new customers and existing tenants - Supervising housekeeping, security operations for the property - Ensure smooth check-in and check-out - Handling walk-ins and scheduled visits of new customers and converting them to tenants - Controlling the water and electricity consumption in the property Requirements - Hands-on Technical Knowledge of MEP engineering and repairs - Good command on spoken and written English language - Working knowledge of MS excel and near sheets - Ability to handle high pressure situations with calmness and composure Salary and Perks - Salary range: 2.4 to 3.6LPA based on experience - Performance linked incentives
