Job Title: Multi-Technician
Location: Altruist Business Hotel, Mumbai
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Accommodation & Food: Provided by the hotel
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Technician to join our engineering team at Altruist Business Hotel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in multiple trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry or mechanical work. The role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily maintenance tasks and scheduled preventive maintenance across the property
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Conduct routine inspections of all equipment and systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and hotel SOPs
• Assist in handling emergency maintenance calls or urgent repair tasks
• Record and report daily maintenance activities to the Engineering Supervisor or Manager
Candidate Requirements:
• ITI/Diploma or technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or facility maintenance
• Working knowledge of hotel maintenance systems
• Ability to handle multiple technical tasks efficiently
• Good physical condition and willingness to work flexible hours/shifts
• Must be a team player with a professional attitude
