Job Description
Taking responsibility for the assigned department and work to their best ability under the
chef in charge to prepare food.
Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment machinery and tools.
Always maintain high standards of food hygiene cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen
storage fridge’s and freezers.
Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service.
Make sure all storage areas are tidy.
Cover date and appropriately store all products and food items.
Portion, arrange, and garnish food ready for service.
Responsible for all mise-en-place as per the menu.
Follow the process of FIFO
Conduct a taste test for each item prepared by the team.
Presentation skills are a bonus.
Someone who has experience in live breakfast buffet.
