Job Title: Multimedia Designer
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 + Super (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Design and develop multimedia content that combines motion graphics, video, sound, animation, and interactive elements
Work closely with product managers, content writers, and developers to bring concepts to life across web, social, e-learning, and marketing platforms
Create promotional, instructional, and explainer videos optimised for web and mobile
Animate high-impact visual assets using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other tools
Design user-centric digital experiences with intuitive interaction and clear information flow
Develop visual mock-ups, storyboards, and style guides that align with project goals and brand standards
Manage and optimise multimedia asset libraries for version control and reuse
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital storytelling, interactivity, and emerging media formats
What We’re Looking For:
Tertiary qualification in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Animation, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Multimedia Designer or in a related role
Strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and interactive digital content
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially After Effects and Premiere Pro), Figma, and animation/motion tools
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centred design principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate ideas clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and creative problem-solving approach
