Multimedia Designer - Tomorrow agency
Cremorne, Melbourne VIC (Hybrid)
Full time
$75,000 – $80,000 per year, plus superannuation
We're looking for a talented Multimedia Designerand all-round lovely person to join our merry band of creatives.
Our ideal human will have top notch experience in designing websites, eDMs, digital advertising campaigns and motion graphics. This is not a specialist UX/UI role but a strong understanding is required. We produce beautiful, immersive brands for premium property and lifestyle clients, so it is essential that you can create thoughtful, refined and engaging design concepts. Obviously we need you to be adept in using Creative Suite and Figma at a minimum.
We want someone to bring ideas to the table and in return we'll provide opportunity and support to evolve your skills and further your career.
We encourage a collaborative working environment, but also provide a level of autonomy so that you can really take ownership of the projects you're working on.
Tomorrow is a full service agency, specialising in property and lifestyle clients, meaning that there is a real diversity in the type of projects you'll work on. You'll also get to collaborate with our inhouse Media, Digital Performance and Content teams, ensuring you're always learning and growing.
We offer a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days from home per week so you must be based in Melbourne)

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan, design and develop and range of digital collateral for clients.
· Create compelling digital advertising campaigns for a host of platforms using basic animation as needed.
· Determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with creative lead.
· Undertaking research and analysing functional communication requirements.
· Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations and layouts to communicate design concepts
· Detailing and documenting the selected design for production.
· Liaising with third party web developers to bring websites, eDMs etc to life.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· You will require to have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification.
· At least one-year post-qualification experience is required.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
