Job Summary:
Multimedia Designer – Corporate Communications Team Member, will support Brakes India teams with in-house creative requirements by strictly keeping the brand guidelines in check. This role will fulfill still &motion graphics designing, still and motions shoots and event setups (in collaboration with the marketing teams).
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Developing quality designs for various channels such as the website, social media
(including YouTube), internal newsletters, branding for tech shows, internal & external
emailers, etc.
• Understanding the design briefs and transform that into a visually appealing output –
well aligned with the organization’s brand guidelines.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Conceptualizing and supporting the team with in-house video shoot preparations
(concept, story board, etc.)
• Conducting in-house video shoots (small scale) and working with third parties to
conduct large scale video shoots.
• Supporting respective teams with designs & event setups for internal events.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro
Handling camera for still & video shoots
Transform briefs into creatives as per the brand guidelines
Fast execution
Design thinking
Education, Experience & Diversity
BA/BSc in Visual Communications/relative streams
Overall, 2-3 years of experience with an exceptional design portfolio.
