About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our in-house marketing and admissions team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in graphic design, video editing, and video production, and will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of ASBS MBA across all digital and offline channels.
This position involves creating engaging content that highlights our academic programs, campus life, student experiences, and placement success stories. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visuals and videos that attract prospective students and strengthen the institution’s brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design creative materials for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, infographics, presentations, and website graphics.
Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, student testimonials, campus highlights, event coverage, and faculty interviews.
Create short-form content such as reels, stories, and motion graphics optimized for Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and admissions team to translate campaign objectives into visually appealing creatives.
Handle photo and video shoots on campus, ensuring professional-quality output through proper lighting, framing, and sound management.
Maintain the visual consistency of the ASBS MBA brand across all marketing materials.
Manage digital assets, organize creative archives, and ensure timely delivery of content for ongoing campaigns.
Stay updated with design trends, video styles, and content formats that appeal to Gen Z and MBA aspirants.
Support the marketing team during events, workshops, and seminars by capturing key moments and producing highlight videos.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.
Good understanding of video production, including shooting techniques, lighting, and audio setup.
Ability to use DSLR or mirrorless cameras for professional shoots.
Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, layout, and typography.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of content formats and best practices for social media advertising and brand engagement.
Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or Multimedia Executive (preferably in the education, digital marketing, or advertising sector).
Experience working in an academic or institutional setup will be considered an asset.
