FIRECREST is part of the ICON plc Group and produces highly visual and engaging products for the Clinical Trial Industry. FIRECREST products help improve Site performance by delivering innovative and effective training to sites while complying with Industry Standards. As an organisation responsible for the development of clinical training for medical staff, the Content and Functional Reviewer role is critical to the delivery of accurate and high quality training products to our clients.
The Role:
The Multimedia Developer will use Adobe Illustrator to create illustrations, icons, infographics and flowcharts for procedures outlined in our Visit Guide. The role also involves taking the content of our sponsors PowerPoint Presentations and redesigning them so that they are more visually appealing and adding text, audio and interactivity to graphics using Adobe Captivate and Articulate, from time-to-time the role will also involve some work in HTML and Java scripting
A Multimedia Developer should be a highly-motivated individual who enjoys the creative and technical side of the role. The Multimedia Developer will be competent to work on their own initiative but also as part of a team with other professionals.
The Multimedia Developer role is team orientated. In addition to working as members of cross-functional production teams, graphic designers also operate as part of the wider graphics team, contributing ideas, and taking a proactive role in the continuing development of FIRECREST’s design solution.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed illustrations of medical procedures, icons, flowcharts and infographics for our Visit- By-Visit Guide
Redesign the PowerPoint presentations supplied by our clients and add interactivity and audio using Articulate and create questions and assessments using Quiz Maker
Ensure that all graphics are approved by the 3D & Video Manager and are consistent with the current house style
Actively participate in project meetings and On Screen Reviews
Ensure that all files are backed-up and stored in our content management system CVS
Follow all approved SOPs
Ensure that tasks are completed on time, within budget and with a high level of quality
Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON’s values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance
As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or local equivalent in a Graphic Design, or Multimedia with minimum 6+ years’ experience in Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe creative suite, Adobe After Effects & Adobe Photoshop.

Proficient expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premier, candidate should have good working knowledge Microsoft office products
Prior relevant experience in the creation of e-learning courses
Familiarity with Multimedia development with an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and experience designing UI assets such as icons and graphics for the web.
Good knowledge of JSON & Java script an advantage
Some experience in AR/VR, Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design, HTML scripting, ActionScript and prior knowledge of the Storyline applications would be an advantage.
