Job Description:
• Expertise in editing short-form and mid-length videos (reels, promos, social media ads)
• Understanding of visual hooks, pacing, and storytelling rhythm
• Ability to match edits with platform behavior fast cuts, high engagement moments, retention tactics
• Strong grasp of color grading, text animations, and sound design to enhance storytelling
• Knowledge of ad metrics understanding what kind of edits boost CTR and completion rates
• Ability to work closely with writers and creative leads for seamless execution of concepts
• Up-to-date with editing trends, meme culture, and audio trends
• Strong command over two languages minimum English and their native language both written and spoken, to bring cultural nuance and flexibility in writing
