Urgent requirement of Customer Support/Sales-Voice Process(Domestic/International) - in Gurgaon Location with multiple companies Center). Experience 0- 6 Years with Excellent communication and written skills.
Job Purpose:
To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.
Key Responsibility: -
Managing Customer support.
Handling customer complaints and follow-ups.
Handling calls – both inbound and outbound.
Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience in the process.
Helping in general operations.
Any other ad hoc duties related to hospital operations assigned by supervisor.

Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
Great interpersonal skills and team work ability.
Good analytical skills and quick thinking .
