Yuva Parivartan (YP), was established in 1++8 and was formally launched by the then President APJ Kalam in 2003. YP’s mission is to provide a second chance to the deprived youth and to empower women, through sustainable livelihood opportunities based on technical, business and life skill training programs, which lead to attitudinal change and income generation. We have a deep understanding and connect with the communities that we work in. Over the last 24 years, we have improved the employability of more than 1 million deprived youth and women through our skilling courses and helped them earn livelihood. Our course content, structure and delivery, flexibility of timings, focus on practical training and support to earning livelihoods is tailored to embark our students on their journey towards livelihood. The time to benefits is reduced due to short course durations ranging from 15 to +0 days. . Our network of field counsellors, community leaders, trainers and connects with local livelihood providers and/or enablers, coupled with our digital reach through social media and our e- learning app Yuva Kaushal, enables us to mobilize students at scale and help them earn wage or self-employment.
1. Sr. Manager – Fundraising
No of Positions: 1
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients, Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis, Provide regular updates to the Reporting Manager as and when required, Serve as the primary business development/ fund raising manager for long-term and high-potential donors, Corporate CSR, Foundations, and Individuals, Design and implement a systematic fundraising strategy to raise CSR funds from potential partners, Handle business development through acquisition, development stakeholder management of corporate partnerships through fundraising, Exposure to Government Liaisons, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Institutional Sales in the social/environment sector is an added advantage, Establishing a strong relationship with key personalities across Corporates, Influencers and Individuals who can be the key source for fundraising, Secure funding and in-kind donations across entire spectrum of donor types, Identify and network with potential corporate donors, foundations / grants, supranational agencies, high-net worth individuals, and celebrities who can become committed long-term donors.
2. Functional Trainer
No of Positions: 1
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years.
Requirement: Plan and schedule Functional training according to Operations requirements , Develop, plan and schedule all induction training, supporting department needs according to requirements, Development of Training Content and its execution, Plan resource requirements to meet training schedules and project requirements, Ensure a process of continuous improvement for all training Modules ,Ensure evaluation policy is followed and monitor by participants and action as appropriate, Ensure that appropriate assessments are in place for all trainings , Ensure sufficient Training Programs scheduled to support business goals , Frequent travel required across Maharashtra, Coordinate with Operations Team for ensuring quality of training Programs, Developing, monitoring, and updating content for Operations Processes, Interact with Operations Team on an ongoing basis to understand their requirements and plug gaps where required.

3. Talent Management Associate
No of Positions: 1
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
Requirement:
• Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire , Screening candidates via calls or emails, sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, headhunting, referencing, ERP etc., Coordinate with Operations Team to identify Manpower needs in different areas, Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, Hands on experience in design and defining job description, KRA. Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, culture fit and compatibility, Explaining the job role and compensations structure to the candidates, Hands on experience – salary negotiation / benchmarking , Oversees the training initiatives and support to Functional trainers , Identifying of Training needs across verticals, Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning , Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline, Complete smooth on boarding process , Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction, Conducting of Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) across organization , Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives , Identifying Competency gaps and create model to develop it , Work closely with the Head – HR to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels , Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates , Other HR Related work.

4. IT Executive

Requirement: – Maintenance of in-house applications and databases , Generating reports and flashing MIS as & when required, Testing of software applications, Coordinating with technical vendors to close app issues/bugs , Online/offline training users on various applications, Resolving tickets raised on support help-desk, Interacting with various support functions and operations to close timely issues, Knowledge of using various communication tools and providing online support to field staff , Support in maintaining in-house servers, IT asset database, hardware and trouble shooting.

Requirement: – Conducting in-depth research on Social Sector-related topics in order to develop original content, Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and Organisation’s website, Assisting the Communication team in developing content for campaigns, Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies, Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability ,Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to organisation’s website ,Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience, Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in organisation’s current content.

6. Front Desk Executive

Requirement: – Handle in bound calls and act based on inbound call, Handling EPBAX system , Welcome the guest, vendors and clients , Fix up a conference calls and other administrative work, Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately, Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers, Respond to public inquiries, Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing couriers, Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department.
