Our IT Operations Governance professionals are passionate about information security and control solutions for computing environments. While managing a world-class team of technology experts, you'll partner with one or more disciplines, lines of business, regions or locations to respond to evolving business requirements and emerging threats. You'll also leverage your expert knowledge of today's ever-changing cybersecurity and risk landscape to influence IT operations across the firm. Must have Experience in below areas: • Internal / External Audit, Risk and Compliance, Understanding of expectations from RBI as an regulator, Governance, SOX 404, SOX 302, ITGCs, ITACs, ICOFRs, IFCs, ISAE3402 (Type I and Type II), ISAE3400 (Type I and Type II) –> TSP Reviews – security, availability, confidentiality, privacy, processing integrity, GDPR, Advisory engagements, Tech Assurance engagements, Project Management, PCI-DSS Compliances, Cloud Security, Data Security, RPAs (Robotic Process Automation), Software Development, Regulatory Reporting (RBI), TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), Vendor Assessments, GRC Reviews, SOD (Segregation of Duties) Assessments, Gap Assessments, Risk Assessments, ISO27001/22301 (ISMS/BCMS), COSO, COBIT, NIST, SSAE16/18, Readiness Assessments, System process and controls assessments • Cyber Security Assessments (VAPT, Network, SOC, SIEM, PAM, DAM, Firewall etc. for endpoint machines and servers) • Asset Management, Inventory Management, Risk Score Card Assessments, RCSAs, SLA monitoring and reviews, ERP Reviews (Oracle, SAP, S4Hana, Inhouse etc.), Technical implementations ( Including Data Migration) • Global exposure across geographies and their compliances Qualification/Skill • 5-13 years of overall experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance domain • Candidates from Product/Payment/Fintech/Banking companies are preferred • Individual contributor role or team lead depending upon the experience level • Excellent verbal and written communication skills All work and no play isn’t how we do things at Airtel Payments Bank.
