Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, offering opportunities in multiple positions. Qualifications
• Strong technical skills in machine operation, including Manual Machines, CNCs, Robotic Systems, or Special Purpose Machines.
• Practical experience and knowledge in manufacturing, fabrication, and industry-standard technologies.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for equipment troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Team collaboration and communication skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and eagerness for learning new technologies and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Educational qualifications or certifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields are preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and compliance requirements is an advantage.
